Birchall's is having a competition! Cupcake decorating!!!!!!!!

But basicly you have to make Master Chef winner; Julie's Lemon Diva cupcake and decorate it. You can make one, two or a million (maybe not a million, you only have a week!) Julie is the judge and you could win $200 worth of Joseph Joseph cooking utensils!

and of course, a citrus theme (in keeping with the lemon diva aspect)
